Dr. Orawan is a pioneer in aesthetic dermatology and cutting-edge Anti-Aging & Holistic Care. In 1988, she introduced groundbreaking lasers like CO₂ & Erbium Yag Laser for mole, blemish, and tumor treatments in Thailand. She also introduced Cold Laser Treatment in the early nineties for skin tissue health, wound healing, hair growth, inflammation reduction, and skin allergy treatment.

In the early 2000s, Dr. Orawan and her Anti-Aging Institute introduced the Q-Switch Neodynium Yetrium Aluminum Garnet Laser (Ng Yag Laser) for birthmarks, tattoos, stretch marks, melanomas, and more. They also pioneered Intense Pulsed Light Treatment for skin rejuvenation, permanent hair reduction, and treating various skin issues.

Other innovations followed with Diode Laser and long-pulsed Nd Yag Laser with cool tip treatment for comfortable permanent hair removal, vein treatment, and skin tightening like Thermage and Gold Fractional RF.
