Why your favorite foods can cause chronic diseases
Many have learnt to live with their allergies and resulting health problems. With the new Immunoglobulin G or IgG Food Allergy Test which screens for up to 220 different food allergies, there is no longer any reason why they have to.
We’ve all heard the words ‘You are what you eat’ from very young – from our parents, teachers and doctors, and later, from TV documentaries and textbooks on diet and health. But how much attention do we really pay to this simple piece of advice, until something goes badly wrong?
Those with careers in health or medicine cannot stress the importance of the statement enough. They realize it is true, because they have seen it first-hand. Food is the basis of all aspects of our well-being, and eating a healthy diet, with sufficient variety, sufficient nutrition and vitamins, and always with an emphasis on fresh fruit, vegetables and grains is a sensible investment in a life of good health (but by taking the Immunoglobulin G immune test, we may be surprised to learn that sometimes it’s the fresh organic fruit or vegetable we eat that is the cause of our chronic illness.)
Immunoglobulin G or IgG Immune Complex Allergic Reactions to Food
We are all familiar with a whole range of acute symptoms for food allergies such as diarrhea, rashes, palpitations, numbness, tingling. We also know that a bad diet can cause premature aging and cancer. But we have now found that many chronic diseases of unknown origin are the result of an IgG food allergy that causes immune complex and mild inflammation to organs.
The list of IgG immune complex allergic reactions to food not well-suited to our bodies is endless and ranges from such chronic conditions as Atopic Dermatitis, Asthma, Respiratory System Disease and Urticaria, to Psoriasis, Migraine, Depressive Disorder, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Chronic Mydlgia, Rheumatic Arthritis, Obesity and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Perhaps more seriously, allergic reactions can also result in Coronary Heart Disease and Diabetes, along with many other diseases caused by allergies that are not always easily identified.
Many people seek medical help with the onset of a variety of chronic symptoms, often starting a search that could take months or years and still unable to identify the cause or answers or treatment because this type of IgG food allergy comes insidiously and you hardly notice anything except that one day you develop an unknown etiology disease such as migraine, multiple joints pain, rash or chronic disease.
Food Allergy Testing
While in the past, the search to find exactly which food or ingredient is causing an allergy by detecting ig E proved to be somewhat useless, today recently developed medical solutions provide for easy, quick, painless and accurate allergy testing.
The Immunoglobulin G or IgG immune Test
With the latest IgG test, patients can be screened for up to 220 different food allergies, determining within 90 minutes which food the patient should be eating, and which he should either be cutting down on or completely doing without.
The test works with only a few drops of blood being taken from the patient (acquired from a finger prick on the tip of the finger), following zero fasting. The only thing left to do is to wait, as the laboratory processes three drops of blood, and screens them with the most common food allergies – garlic, rice, ginger, tomato or mushroom – to the most unusual. In all, the patient does not have to wait longer than two hours to get the results back.
Once the problem food has been removed from the patient’s diet, it usually takes from a few days to a few weeks before between 60 to 70 percent of patients are completely free of the chronic illness they initially complained of.
Clients formerly suffering from Atopic Dermatitis, Psoriasis, Migraines, joints pain, Obesity and IBS are usually symptom-free following a short period of them not taking the food identified as causing the allergy. For more persistent problems, patients may have to follow a diet excluding the food item for up to three months, allowing time for all IgG traces of the food to disappear from the system. Sometimes, patients might be able to resume taking the food in only small quantities in the future. The test is also far more accurate and more sensitive than any previous tests on the market.
Over the last few years, the Dr. Orawan Holistic Anti-Aging Institute has had to send patients’ blood to the UK for this type of testing, with clients having to wait for between three to four weeks for the results. Currently, however, the entire treatment is available at DOHAI clinics, while the treatment costs only half the price it used to.
Taking the test provides patients with an accurate picture of which foods to take and which to avoid, allowing them to take greater responsibility for their own health in a longer-lasting and more holistic way.
For those without symptoms, the test is simply a good way to check. You are investing in a life of good health, prior to the onset of possible future problems. However, for those suffering from any of the listed ailments above (or other persistent conditions), it is a very likely way of getting the answers and of decreasing or eliminating the problem.
